Outlook Files?

I installed a new HD as "C:" and set my old HD as drive "D:". Since I upgraded to WinME on my "new" HD I just re-installed MS Office and all my other apps. (I had most data files backedup on zips) However.... My Outlook address book and several message files, all are still on drive "D:" now..... Is there a way for the new install of Outlook on "C:" to merge or find the address book and message files on the now "D:" drive? what .ext are outlook files? where is the subdirectory where outlook stores message files? I know my old files are here if I can figure out how to access them.
