Hello All:
I am trying to find out, if, when I access my hotmail account through Outlook Express, this is done securely. I am thinking it is not, as opposed to the web sign-up, which is an HTTPS page. In the OE account properties, the server is listed as HTTP, and there is no option for secure signon (although the security tab lists '3DES' as the encryption type?).
Can anyone confirm this? I've searched through AT and the microsoft site (MS instructions to set up OE accounts, without any definitive answer. I would really like to know this, for my peace of mind.
Thank you very much!
