Can someone PLEASE tell me why when I have outlook opened and go to read an email..When I open the new email it opens up in a really little window..I have to maximise it every time to read the full email..It just started doing this..I know it's something that needs to be checked or unchecked.

Are you sure its just something that needs to be checked and unchecked? It just sounds like good'ol windows is auto sizing. And I don't remeber how to fix that other than stretch the window to a larger size over and over till the dumn thing learns.
 
yeah...just stretch out the window to whatever size ya want....then close, they should all open to that size now.
