I never had to do it before and would rather install exchange or outlook full version. Is this possible because some offices insist on using it and I have tried IMAP and putting our exhange server name and fully qualified name in there server and SMTP.

What should be the name used in the incoming and outgoing server?

Or would we have to setup something special for this?

We do not currently implement the pop access is this the normal way to access the exchange box without a pop service active?

Side Note: the pop access is enabled anyways but we are behind too many firewalls and decided not to use it because of implementation problems.

Not quite.. they are on the same network.. Just don't know what the address should be since we dont run a pop server.
Yea for the most part we use OWA also for outside users..
