Outlook Express "Time" question.....

I'm using Windows ME and Outlook Express 5.5. Everything works fine, but my "Mail received" status bar always shows my mail as being delivered 1 hour behind the time it was actually received. i.e. If i check my mail at 4:22 pm and get 2 emails, both of them will show that they were received at 3:22 pm... My Windows clock is set to the correct time. What's going on?

Thats when your ISP, or Internet Service Provider received them on the server. Mine show all different times.
