Explain what happened to your friend, and if he really is one, he'll re-send them to you.

How big are the picture files? Some ISPs have limits on file sizes - also check your OE to make sure you are not restricting email receipts to some level below the file size she is sending. The image files can be stripped out at the sender's end and anywhere in between.

Try sending them one at a time with a file size not to exceed 200 KB.

You can set OE to keep a copy of incoming mail on the POP3 server. That way you can check them there to see if the pictures make it that far.

umm yea.. anyways, i use rr email. i can see the emails fine if i use the rr web mail, the pics are about 40kb. as soon as oe downloads them the photos are lost forever because it deletes from the server too

You got something else at work here - OE just doesn't do that.

When all else fails, try Thunderbird or Eudora, or Mail2Web.

That would not be an unreasonable thing to do.

OMG! You never said you were running that suite. Sure - that can be the culprit. Disable it and try again.

You can configure pretty much any Email client to leave the messages on the server with multiple options for when/how they are deleted. Look in the options and you'll see it. In OE I think it's the far right tab.

Edit: I should also mention that RoadRunner has a patheticly low limit on storage so if you're going to leave mail on the server make sure you monitor it. Otherwise your mailbox will fill up and mail will bounce back to the sender.
