Outlook Express spying message?

I was sending/receiving messages thru my Outlook Express account from my ISP.One of the message in the inbox appears in red color text and when I point to it with the cursor it shows a tag saying "this message is been watched" for just one time!
What prog/app could do this? Why is the tag doesn't show later and title continue in red color text? Watching by who, the sender or someone else? Is this some kind of "spying software"? How can I check my computer for this, or prevent this could be done?

Any experts in e-mailing or Outlook ???
