Outlook Express spam problem

Is there a program that can be used to filter spam out of Outlook Express?

My mother has managed to get herself put on the "Spammers list from hell". She is getting 250-300 emails a day of spam. I tried to tell her to be careful about who she shares her email address with but she is a sucker for most internet scams. 😛

I have a friend that uses Allspamgone from Adsgone... the way it works is that everybody that sends an email to you, get spammed back with an email that says if they want to contact you, they'll need to register. Registering is very easy, pretty much just clicking a link, then entering a random number code that shows up on the page. Doesn't take longer than 2-3 secs, but that has stopped all her spam.
