Outlook Express slow to load, otherwise its fine. WIN2k

Outlook express 6 always loaded extremely fast for me. Tonight it started to take like 20 seconds to load then once im in the program everything works fine. I already tried reinstalling IE. Im on win2k. Thanks for any help 🙂
