I need to know where all those saved messages from Outlook Express are kept ........
.
I just installed xp on a diff. harddrive and i forgot to export the emails before i installed ... so now when i open outlook there are no messages .... i still have the old harddrive where these messages are but i can't run windows from it anymore ... all i can do is open and view the files .... so i need to know where the messages are stored so i can do a quick copy and paste ....

thanks in advance.

Yeah, defintely nice one too. I put my OE files on another partition, so when ever I format it's one less thing to worry about when formatting and I never lose emails..... unless the partition craps out:Q , hasn't yet 🙂

I used to fiddle around and copy all the folders into the new identify folder.....had to try and guess which old identity went in which new folder....then I found the import.....and subsequently kicked myself.
