outlook express question

In notice under accounts that under "mail" my account is listed by itself. when I click "all" there are 4 other accounts listed that I don't recognize at all. Is this normal? Or is it spyware?

Bigfoot, Verisign, and WhoWhere, correct? If so, those are installed by default. I usually delete them but they aren't going to hurt anything if you don't.
