HI

I have my home machine setup with 2 users "his" and "her"
I have it so that the OE store for each user is a common store on d:\OE store
All worked fine.

Did a reinstall and upgraded to SP2.
Initially I found that everything workd fine doing the same things. I am semi-sure that I even made "her" account limited again with no problems (maybe I didn't though)

I then did a rather silly thing whereby I ended up clicking on a backed-up copy of my OLD registry. I did run c_cleaner and it got shot of 600 entries

I then limited her account and got the "cannot open OE - message store is full or corrupted"
MSOE.dll could not initiate
Error code 0x800c012e

Google the error and notice that it has been reported alot. I did the finf suggested:
first moving then deleting the Folders.dbx folder; worked fine initially but found that "hos" message inbox appeared corrupted.
Went even further and infact deleted all the folders, importing the old emails from an outlook pst backup [I now use Outlook in "his" user id]
Again it worked fine initially but after 1 machine restart 1 got the same error with her user being limited.

I then decided to change her message store to d:\mail. All was well with the world but when I then also set "his" OE store to this folder I get the same error when "her" account is limited - works fine when it is set as administrator too.

So it seems I can no longer have a limited and admin account share a common OE message store. How can I fix this please?

sorted.
The key is logging into safe mode, clicking properties of the folder, security tab, clickinh full access to the requisite users.
