Outlook Express problem

Is there a way to delete/uninstall Outlook Express and then reinstall it?

Win XP Home
IE 6.0.2800
OE 6.00.2600

Start --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs --> Add/Remove Windows Components ?

I see Outlook Express listed there. Not sure if that just adds/removes access to the component

I think Add/Remove just deletes the access in the Start Menu.

That link looks good. If I can't find anything easier, I'll give it a shot.
