Outlook Express = no attachment?

My dad just email me something with attachment, and I can't view it! There is a "clip" sign on the top...but when I click it it shows grey......now, I am confused 😕

Go to Tools... Options... Security Tab... Uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus."

Looks like OE remove the access to the unsafe attachment.....😕 Looks like something about security level, how do I change it?

or u could be like me and everytime someone sends me an attachment i just click the message, then 'fwd' then double click the attachment. it works for me.
