outlook express issues - newsgroups

I have this really wierd issue going on with Outlook express 6.
If i post to a newsgroup, I see it just fine, but if i post with a file attachment i cannot see the post.
And for that matter I am only seeing text posts to the newsgroup, no files attached.

Anyone seen this issue before?
