Outlook Express Is Messed up Need Help

Is there a way to repair Outlook Express in Win XP I was installing a scanner and was configuring it to Email a scan and now my Email gives me an error when I try to open it. I uninstalled the scanner software but no luck.

You could try reinstalling IE6...

Double check your email server and account settings in your Outlook Express>Tools>Accounts>Mail>Properties.
