Outlook Express - How to remove duplicate emails?

Over the past 4 or so years I have archived all of my email. Except for the 3-4 ocasions where my computer has crashed and I have had to resotre to 6-12 old backups.

Right now I have around a gig of emails and if I go way down to the bottom, a good amount of them are duplicates.

Is there anyway to have outlook delete the duplicate emails in order to save me space? or shoukld I say, does anyone know of a utility that does this for you?
