Outlook express--how do i enable downloading of any file?

I can only download zip files now and it sucks horribly
 
Sounds like someone installed MSIE 6 Service Pack 1...

Go to the outlook express menu, 'Tools', then select 'Options', then select the 'Security' tab. Uncheck the box that says 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus'. Now you can open the email attachments.
