I'm having trouble with Outlook express on a friend's computer.
Sometimes, when attempting to contact the server to send messages from the outbox, the operation fails and I get the following error:
'Unknown Error. Protocol: STMP, Port: 0, Security (SSL):No, Error Number: 0x800C0131'
The first think I tried was googling the error. The search returned that this error has to do with a corrupter 'folders.dbx' file. However, after repairing the file, the error persisted.
Anyone have a clue as to what the problem might be?
