Outlook Express 5.0 Won't Open Web Pages

Recently, Outlook Express decided it would not open web pages into IE 5.5. I can copy into IE 5.5 and page would open. I recenlty uninstalled AOL 6.0 that I don't use. But I'll be darned if I can figure out the problem.
