So I've got a public folder with 10 or so sub-folders, each subfolder has a couple excel workbooks in them.
Is there a way I can relatively easy grab a snapshot/copy of them? I -can- go to each folder and grab them folder by folder as it is, just looking for a smoother method.
Also looking for ways I can populate the subfolders, aside from the current drag-and-drop...
Any help and/or ideas are appreciated. I'm a newbie to public folders (and exchange for that matter). I'll be googling around looking for answers....
