Outlook Etiquette -- Signatures

After fussing with outlook for an hour, i finally got my "cool " signature to work. It's one of those that looks like a mini business card - the one microsoft considers "fancy"

Anyway, i ended up making a photoshop image that has my name , title...etc. But how do you use it correctly.

Do you end with :

Sincerely,

<Signature>

or:

Sincerely,

(full name )

<signature>.




Keep in mind my signature has my full name in it. I'm stumped. Thanks in advance for the help.
