How do I prevent certain email from going into the spam folder? I have some legimate email that sometimes ends up in the spam folder.

I don't have an MS account to try this with, but I'd expect that if you go into the spam folder, click on an e-mail and look through all the available options for things to do with that e-mail, there'll be an option to say 'not junk' or something similar.

Go to "Settings > View All Outlook Settings"

You can add whitelists/blacklists in the Junk Email tab of the settings.

The "Not Junk" option in the mail itself just adds some training data to the automated spam detection, they should add an option to whitelist from there also.

MS aren't still operating with the concept of blacklists are they?
