Outlook Calenders ? Anyone?

Okay, it may seem like an easy question but I couldn't find books on it.

Outlook (not Express) hooked into Exchange Server.

User has Calender for personal events, there is also a calender in the Public Folder that everyone shares for the company events. Is there a view that'll transpose the two together so you can see what conflicts in your personal calender and the company's calender.

i am not sure if this is possible, perhaps who ever is in charge of updating the company calendar should request the attendance of different ppl in the company, that way, you can accept or decline these events and if you accept they will be added to YOUR calenday.



just a though. we just recently moved to Outlook 2k and well its a learning process.

Thats the way we have it but people dont have time to look through who they want to invite... oh well... but it would be nice if someone forgot to invite you and you can check..
