Outlook Calendar Sharing

I work at a small, technology heavy company that uses Microsoft Outlook 2000 for email on desktops, and Eudora World Mail 2.0 for the email server. I realize this is not the ideal setup, but I didn't design it this way. Several employees approached me about sharing each other's calenars with each other to help coordinate things. I have no clue how to do this, and any help would be greatly appriciated.

It is likely they've heard this is done at other companies. They normally do it with Exchange Server which allows employees to check the calendar of another employee and schedule an appointment.
