When I want to send certain file or picture under Outlook express I right click the mouse on that file and go down to sent to mail recipient and type in the address and hit send. The mail will get sent with or without the Outlook express being opened.
I'm doing the same thing in Outlook. The mail will go right into the outbox waiting to be send. Mail will get sent if Outlook is open but if outlook is closed it will stay in the outbox until I open Outlook and then it will get sent.
My question is. Is there a way I can have the mail send right away in Outlook like outlook express instead of having it go into the Inbox and wait to be send until I open the program.
