Outlook/Addresse Book

I have about 30 e-mails from friends and I want to add them all to my addresse book, is there a way to add them all at once or must I right click one by one and select add to addresse book? I tried shift and selecting them all but that fades out the add to addresse book option.

Please help! thanks
