Have a problem that I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere.
We are running Outlook 98 on Windows 2000 Professional and the "Actions" menu does not work (is blank) for a normal user unless we add them to the "Power Users" or "Administrators" group on the workstation.
Has anyone got an idea as to how to make this menu option available to a normal user?
