Outlook 98 mysteriously creating folders

I cant figure this one out. A user here has Outlook 98 and every morning, 2 folders are created in his mailbox. I have checked to see if he created a rule, setup replication, or setup offline folders, none of which help. Short of deleting the profile, what other things can i looks for?

BTW, this is a winNT 4sp6a machine.
