Outlook 98: Missing the "out of office assistant"

I have followed all of the help topics in outlook 98, they are dead ends. I even re-installed outlook98 and chose full install (upgrade all components). Still, out of office assistant is not available in the tools menu.


Help would be greatly appreciated.

PC is running windows 95 and office 97, but OUTLOOK98 (just re-installed)
