Outlook 97 failed to install properly

When I try to install 32-bit Outlook 97 client on a PIII 700Mhz box running Windows 95b and Office 95 the following message appears:

Outlook 97 failed to install properly. Followed by a GP fault on mssetup.dll
 
it might be the fact that you have office 95 and not 97, the office suite usually compliments itself so word might install some files that outlook needs. try outlook 2k or express.
