Outlook 2013 Rules Error

One or more rules cannot be uploaded to Microsoft Exchange and have been deacvtivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not support, or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules.


Is there a way for the end user to increase the rule size limit? Google seems to say it's a server side issue.
