outlook 2013 background color

Anyone know how to change the background color in Outlook 2013 from white to a darker color?


this what i found by googling:

Unfortunately that is about all the options you have at the moment, the choose between White, Light Gray, and Dark Gray

Its not only in Outlook but across all of Office 2013. That is one of the 2 biggest things i hate about 2013

Thanks, the only thing i can do is lower the brightness on my monitor.
