Here's a new one.. I was unable to search and find the email base on keywords but with a few testing, I found something weird.
In a long email, over 50 lines, when using outlook search, I can't find the key words if its towards the bottom of the email. If i try to search for another keyword located towards the top of the email, they show up in search.
I thought it was formatting but I search emails from the same user and found shorter messages shows up on search but longer ones does not.
ie I search for signature (usually towards the bottom), the search does not return all of the emails, but if I search for keywords that appears on top, all the result comes in.
I'm in the process or rebuilding my index, I doubt its indexing, occurs in more than 1 pc with the same issue.
Does anyone know if outlook 2010 searches is limited to x amount of lines it indexes. Which does not make sense right ?
