Outlook 2010 not showing chat transcripts

Luddite

I have a web based email account that I pull emails from into my Outlook 2010 program.

When I do a tech support chat, the transcript is sent to my web based email account (gmx). The transcripts are in the body of the message, not as an attachment. They appear fine on my web email, but when my POP 3 Outlook account pulls them from the email server there are no transcripts. The message body is just blank.

Are there settings in Outlook that can fix this?

I don't think you old enough to recall ILS Servers an MS Net Meting back in the early 90's.

Suggest Outlook 2003 - NO Chat but who give's a damn when it concerns E-Mail.

Go Skype if it bother's you.

This is my ShieldTeck Ad-Aware Waning!
