Outlook 2007

I get a bunch of emails from Monster.com and other sites, and all I see are hyperlinks in the email.
How do I get the emails to display in HTML.
I'm using NOD32 v3, not sure if that is causing it or not.

Outlook 2007 uses Word to render HTML emails instead of IE, and is generally a POS. CSS compatibility is iffy, so if the email uses stylesheets you may be screwed.

Emails shouldn't use stylesheets. There are so some good arguments for emailing being *exclusively* plain text in format. Personally I don't think there's anything wrong with basic HTML formatting, but stylesheets? Give me a break.

OK Gizbug....I think I have a similar issue.

Office 2007, IE7 and my emails are not displaying an embedded picture anytime one is included (typically advertisements). I'm getting a little generic icon where the picture would be located and if I hover over....I can CNTRL+Click to go directly to the website link. I'd much prefer just to see the pic.

The interesting part is that everything USED to be fine......I may have inadvertently changed a setting....but where? Something in Outlook....or.....something in IE?

Can't seem to figure this out....would love the help.
