Outlook 2007, Trying to import backup and get permission error

Hello,

Previously had Windows XP installed. Created a backup using Outlook 2007. Now when I try to import the data into Vista and Outlook 2007 it screams that I don't have the proper permissions to access the file.

I have checked to make sure I have full access to the file. Read-Only is not checked...

What gives?

Don't know specifically about Outlook because I've never used it, but have you checked permissions re: the corresponding registry key?
