Outlook 2007 Running Extremely Slow

I just got a new computer with Vista and Office 2007 on it. Everything is fine except Outlook. It runs so slow and is completely unusable. It cycles using up 100% of the CPU every 5 seconds or so. The computer is completely useless while it is on. I've turned off the RSS feeds, removed Business Contact Manager and my PST file is only about 100MB. According to everything I've read online it should run fine. My next step is to reinstall it from scratch, hopefully that will fix it.

Any ideas why it is running so poorly?
