Outlook 2007 - Is there a way to create a rule to move email from one folder to another after a set period of time?

We recently installed Newforma at our office which moves email out of Outlook and into its own system. This will help people in our office who were having a terrible time archiving email.

The one problem I've got with Newforma is that once an email has been moved to it from Outlook I can no longer see the email from my iPhone through our exchange server.

What I'd like to do is have a rule set up in my email folders in Outlook to keep the email there for a set time (30 days) and then move them to the Newforma folder which then initiates Newforma moving the email out of Outlook.

In the rule wizard there are no rules that discuss moving email from one folder to another...so I turn to you.

Any ideas? Thanks

Yes I have...I've got everything autoarchiving on a regular basis. But many in the office just couldn't be counted on to autoarchive and so their PST files were maxing out in size. Newforma was what our office decided was in order to help all the autoarchiving slackers. While it may be nice for many in the office the Newforma switch is the last thing I need. So I'm looking for a way to get the best out of both worlds.

In another forum someone suggested Auto-Mate as an addin that will move emails from one folder to another w/in Outlook. That is probably what I'll try once I do a little research.
