In previous versions of Outlook if you wanted everyone in your company (and on your exchange server) to be able to view your calendar you simply went into the settings of Outlook and set the default viewer as Reviewer...that way you didn't have to individually invite people to view your calendar. With that setting when someone wanted to view your calendar they were automatically given Reviewer rights w/out asking.
Now in 2007 it appears that sharing/requesting to be shared is all taken care of through emails. It appears that in an office of 100 if you want everyone to be able to view your calendar you have to generator a Share my Calendar email and send it to everyone. This generates a lot of unnecessary email and as new people join the firm you'd have to remember to update them w/ a share email.
Is there still a way to set the default level to allow all to Review my calendar w/out them having to request it or me allow it individually?
Thanks
