Outlook 2007 - HELP!!!!

Hi, its been awhile since I have been on here, so I am stopping by to say hello and to ask a few questions.

I work at a law office and right now I use Excel to keep track of our court cases.

Basically, I have a few columns set up in a month format.

ex. may 17th is the date in once column and next to it I have all of our court cases that are on for that day. The columns are: Case #, Plaintiff, Defendant, Room, Time, etc.

Anyway, I want to move our calendar to Outlook. Is there anyway to view it in more of a spreadsheet format (not really a spreadsheet but this is the best way to desribe it)? For ex. I want it on the big monthly calendar, but when I go to a daily view, I want to see all the major case details (Case #, Plaintiff, Defendant, etc).

Also, is there a way to customize the fields in the appointment box, to be exactly like my fields in the spreadsheet format (Case #, Plaintiff, etc)???

Also, will everyone who shares this calendar be able to see it in this format or do I have to customize that on each computer?

Thanks guys!!!!

Do you know if you have an Exchange server or are you just using Outlook in conjunction with a POP3 or SMTP account?

If you have Exchange you can use Public Folders and create a "public" calendar so it's not tied to any specific user account and everyone can see it.

Find out if you have Exchange and we'll go from there.

We can share the calendar in the public folders, which is what i have done.

my question is: how can i modify the fields to that everyone seems my fields names?

also, how to i modify the appointment box to say the fields that i want it to say?

Thanks.
