Outlook 2007 and user templates?

Is there a quick and easy way to get to a user's custom templates? As I have it now, I have a button for quick access to the "Choose Form" dialog box. But you have to manually change the "Look In:" field every single time you open it.

It's very annoying and tedious to some. Is there any way to change that default?

Alternatively, is there an easier way to manage templates in Office 2007? And no, we're not on an exchange server.
