Hey gang, just found this forum and it seems incredible. So my first post will be a question but I'll start it off with a hello. Hello.
Now my question:
Outlook 2003. I have a manager who has a recurring meeting request that is coming from a user that no longer works here. I have the admin rights for all this as well. Using Active Directory as well. The user that the recurring meeting reminder comes from is no longer in Exchange and the user does not exist in Active Directory, well the account is disabled.
I need to stop this reoccurring meeting reminder.
I tried recreating the users mail account and then going into the calendar to remove the meeting but that didn't work. That actually worked for another user once but i think the actula user had never been deleted from AD. This user was deleted from AD before i recreated her account and then disabled it.
Any ideas would be excellent and thanks if you read this.
