I'm sure someone here knows the quick answer so I'll be short with the description of the issue I face. I had Outlook 2000 back then and have always kept all of my email. When I upgraded to Outlook 2003, I simply copied my .PST file from the old install and pointed the new Outlook to it. Everythink worked great until about 2 months ago.
My .pst file got to 2gb in size which is the max size. It stopped downloading or sending mail. I heard that Outlook 2007 had a 20gb pst so I upgraded to it. Something isn't right because when I imported my PST to it, I still get the message that it is too big and I no longer have any of my calendar events or my contacts list or address book.
I need a step by process to import or whatever all of my stuff from my last .pst into my new Office Outlook 2007 and have it all work again, especially calendar and address book/contacts. All of my emails did already come over nicely (mostly). Thanks!
