the problem at my company is this... everyone uses different fonts, sizes and has different signatures, and it generally looks ugly.
what we want to do is create a standard signature and message format for everyone, which includes the company logo.
as far as the signature goes that's straightforward cause you can save the sig and just change the name for each person...
as far as the message body goes i'm sure its as simple as changing default options, but what about the logo?
i'm guessing it will have to be a part of the signature... am i right?
how else, without using stationary, can i accomplish this task?
can anyone help please?
ps - the reason i'm so against using stationary is that a lot of companies don't allow it so when receiving an email from our company it won't have the logo etc... as far as i know...
