Just got an email from a company i ordered an mp3 player from. I can open the message and all I see is the persons signature that sent the email. I can't see any replay. So I figured I would reply to the email and telll them they sent me a blank email. In the reply screen I see their email fine????
Only thing I could think of is if I have html messages blocked out. BUt the strange thing is the email body itslef is in plain text excpet it's blue. The signature, however has blod, colored, italics and a hyperlink to their site. Why would that come through fine?
Anywa, does anyone know of a setting so this doesn't happen in the future?
