Outlook 2003 help needed *ASAP*

The user did "something" so that attachments doesn't show up in the preview pane as a file as i usually does. Since we need to copy attachments from hundreds of mails, doing it while opening every mail takes long time.

How do I get the files view back?

or is there a faster way to save the attachments of severeal E-mails?

Hm when you say it doesn't show up in the preview pane, do you mean there's no longer a column in the preview pane that indicates attachments? If you do, right click on that top row and you should be able to add it back in... if it's already flagged and suppose to be there, he may have hidden it by dragging the other columns over it, so you'll need to move the columns around to see if you can bring it back. infact, i think there's an option to reset it back to default.

If that's not what you mean... well, i don't know.
