Outlook 2003 experts. Need some major help.

I had to format and reinstall XP and all of my programs due to a new mobo/cpu/etc. Upon installing Outlook I noticed I do not have a "Send" button when I type a new email nor do I have a "Send/Receive" button on the main toolbar.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

I tried to customize the toolbar but I don;t see the option to add a Send or Send/Receive button.

Only thing that I did was import the .pst file into Outlook to save all of my previous emails.
any ideas?

Nevermind. It's been a long day. I hadn't set up my account settings so naturally there wouldn't be those options. As soon as I set it up they were there.
