Outlook 2003 Contacts ---->>> NeoMail, Horde, Squirrel mail or ?

I'm sure somebody has uploaded their Outlook Contacts to there Webmail account, looking for the best technique.

Create a CVS file and then upload it to your webmail account? If your webmail accounts allows importing of Outlook contacts, then there should be instructions on how to do it.

That's what I'm asking, what webmail best supports Outlook Contacts or any method that works well for getting Outlook contacts online ?
