Outlook 2003: can you redirect messages (not forward)?

in outlook 2003 i need to create a rule to redirect messages to another email account. (forward changes the "from" to yourself; redirect keeps it the same.)

...but my copy of outlook 2003 doesn't have "redirect" as an option in rules. does yours?

apparently it's supposed to have both "forward message" and "redirect message"...

here's pic of an example from the net of the option that's supposed to be there:

here's what's on my machine:

do i need to enable something? any help would be greatly appreciated...

I may be talking off my head, but I think the redirect only shows up when you use it in conjunction with an exchange server
